Mr. Jamalbhai U. Chhipa
Founder of textile colour and chemical, Jaffs Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd., Luminochem Industries, and Tescochem Industry
Mr. J.U. Chhipa did his bachelor of science (B.Sc.) in chemistry.
He was a source of inspiration and guidance. Since 1961, he has been in the production business and has developed many products. He is an expert in manufacturing synthetic organic dyes and optical whitening agents.
He dedicated his whole life to this business.
We can proudly say “We are where we are today all because of his dedication and hard work”.
Mr. Firozbhai J . Chhipa
Director Of Jaffs Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. F.J. Chhipa did his bachelor of science (B.Sc.) in chemistry. He is the eldest son of Mr. J.U. Chhipa, and he took over the company in 2010. Since then, he has looked after the development of new products, research and development, and marketing, both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Farukbhai J. Chhipa

Mr. Faruk J. Chhipa did his bachelor of commerce (B.com hons.) in financial management. He is the second son of Mr. J. U. Chhipa, and he looks after the financial, labour, and material management of associates of all the industries under our umbrella, including the selection and quality control of raw materials.
Mr. Farhan F. Chhipa
R&D & Q.C Head
Mr. Farhan F. Chhipa did his bachelor of science (B.Sc.) in chemistry. He is the eldest son of Mr. Faruk J. Chhipa. He joined the company as the 3rd generation in the business. He has a keen interest in the research and development of synthetic dyes and in the development of new products. He looks after the R&D department of the industry.
Mr. Moin F. Chhipa
Marketing Head
Mr. Moin F. Chhipa did his bachelor of technology (B.Tech.) in chemical engineering and his master of business administration (M.B.A.). He is the son of Mr. Firoz. J. Chhipa
He has joined the company as the third generation in the business. He has a keen interest in the machines, marketing, and management; he looks after all the marketing, customer relationship management, and human resource management in the company.
